What is the Number at the top of the screen?

Touchfit: George St-Pierre challenges you to maintain your velocity by training as frequently as possible. Your velocity is shown as a blue circle in the centre of your home workout screen. Velocity will increase as you workout and then slowly reduce between sessions.

The number at the top of your screen is your total Touchfit Score. This will increase as you train and shows your dedication x your performance. The higher your velocity and Upper / Lower / Core performance the faster your high score will increase. It will continue to increase even whilst the app is closed providing that you have some velocity. 

If your velocity falls to zero your high score will stop increasing.
